There are ONLY 29 DAYS left of pre-registration!!! We're at about 37% of our registration goal which is sooooo awesome!!! Way to go, Richfield Team! and now it's time to get those brochures out and start registering the groups we've been helping to cultivate. You're awesome and you do awesome things! Keep doing them!

WEEKLY FOCUS
BROCHURES EVERYWHERE!
Have you had fun sharing your brochures? Do you still have some left? We mailed several thousand brochures to all of our customers in your area this week, and so it's time to follow-up and make sure everyone knows they can come to YOU for questions or to get in a group. Brochures might seem obsolete in this wild world of SOCIAL MEDIA...but don't let progress fool you into thinking we don't need to hand out brochures! The life span of a brochure is a lasting reminder of TOFW. Think about this: You give it to a friend (1 look) and she puts in her bag. It comes out of the bag (2 looks!). It goes on the counter (3,4,5 looks unless she's much more organized that me). Facebook posts get buried so quickly, but your brochure lasts forever (or at least until you buy your tickets and then recycle it :))Maybe this is also a good time for a refresher on where and when and how you CAN (and can't) distribute your brochures so that you're meeting the guidelines. There's been a little confusion about this, so please read this part carefully.
YOU CAN SHARE YOUR BROCHURES AT CHURCH
Bring them to church with you and as you see friends, hand them out! Be sure to let them know what TOFW is, where and when it is and that you are proudly on the TOFW team!
The guidelines do say that we can't use church resources to mass distribute our information. We want to avoid making it look like TOFW is a church sponsored event. Specifically that means YOU CAN'T do the following:
- Leave them on a table for people to pick up with no explanation of what TOFW is.
- Stand at a door and give one to everyone that enters a room.
- Post one on the bulletin boards in the church halls.
- Put them on cars in church parking lots.

SHARE CHALLENGE
BROCHURES: Please make an effort to follow-up with your friends & family to see if they received a brochure. Then ask them if they have a group to join yet...if not...you now know who to help. Let's make sure all of our brochures are distributed in the next week or so.

Here are a few easy, fun ideas for distributing your brochures:
- Give a friend some brochures and have her help you by giving them to her friends
- If you know a local business with lots of LDS customers, ask the owner if you can post a brochure. Just make sure it is in a place where customers will recognize that it is primarily Mormon messages because it is presented by Deseret Book.
- Write a message on the back of the brochure telling your friend why they would enjoy TOFW. Give your name and phone number and deadline of when you are getting your group together so they can join you.
- Make sure to point out the tear out cards, so the person receiving the brochure can form a GROUP.
- GET CREATIVE and share your ideas on the team FACEBOOK page!
TOFW EMAIL: Earlier this month we sent an email to all of our Deseret Book customers in the area reminding them that Time Out for Women pre-registration is in full swing! Please share the email with everyone just in case they didn't get it from us.
COMMENT CORNER: How many brochures do you have left? Share a great idea with the team about how you are distributing them.

I only have 10 left. I work at a fabric store and am passing them out to good friends who come shopping. Lots of people have never heard TOFWRICHFIELD. I hope they are buying tickets.

The update on how to distribute brochures was helpful.

I have zero catalogs left! I had to beg some off another teammate. I don't even think that I saved one for me to reference! I hope if anyone has any left in the Richfield area they post some on all the community boards around town because I ran out before I got to them.

Thanks for all of the great ideas for distributing the brochures.
5 brochures left......going to get them gone this week!
Mine are GONE!I am in the stake young womens presidency. So I have been handing them out to the women I know when I visit wards for ward conferences.
I also passed some out at my Doctor's office. When I went in yesterday the nurse saw my bag and groaned. She said "I have got to get in a group and get registered for that!" To which I said let me get your contact info and I can help with that!

I gave my fliers to my friends and family.
I only have a few left! I handed them out at my block party! And then gave some more away at Back to School night! ;)
I have 15 left. Play groups and meetings and friend get togethers have been good for handing them out but I guess I better get busy!
I only have 6 left. It has been fun telling new friends about TOFW!
I can't wait!

I have 5 left. I've been giving them to friends and neighbors. Also, to ladies at story time and summer lunch!

My brochures are gone. I wish I had more! When I handed them out to my friends, I suggested they invite family members from out of town, and make it a TOFW "sisters" weekend. We have done that in other areas, and experiencing TOFW with daughters, daughters-in-law and sisters makes the weekend even sweeter!

I have 6 left. I have handed them out to family and friends at our bunco group, at church, but the biggest help is in the Salon where I work. There is more traffic in and out. It's been so fun to introduce the event to ladies who haven't heard of it. Getting so excited, can't wait!!!

distributed a bunch at our County Fair and to friends. Love when the response I get is, "Oh yeah! I've gotta get registered!"
I have taken them to several family reunions and spread the word through facebook.
I spent a couple of hours in our local grocery store and handed out most of my second batch of flyers. It was fun to see their smile when I explained what a great opportunity this is, so close to us and what a change it will make it their lives.
(I would make a good wal-mart greeter, I love to visit with individuals).
